Typical processing time right now is 1-3 weeks—please be patient! We are a very small company and we’re understaffed right now. We handcraft each of our wooden jigsaw puzzles for you with unique skills and intense scrutiny so they may be collectible treasures to pass from generation to generation, and we aren’t always staffed to ship out immediately! In case you don’t know us, we’re not a huge company like Hasbro—we’re a few people nestled in the foothills of the Berkshires in Massachusetts focused on making the finest wooden jigsaw puzzles we can for your enjoyment. We aren’t equipped to ship like Amazon, but we are equipped to make you fine wooden jigsaw puzzles and we hope you enjoy them!
