Here at Zen Puzzles, we strive to provide high quality products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the below guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Returns
You can request a return within thirty (30) days of purchase. To be eligible for refund all products must be originally sealed and in re-sellable condition.
Please contact us through our Contact Form and we will issue you a return identification number and provide you with return shipping information. You must include a copy of your receipt with the return identification number in the package. Returns without an identification number will not be accepted. Zen Puzzles does not cover the shipping charge for return packages.
Please allow ten (10) days to process your return and issue a refund. The original form of payment will then be credited.
Returns without the receipt will not be accepted.

- 1500 Limited Edition Zen Puzzles

Exchanges
You can request an exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange all products must be originally sealed and in re-sellable condition.
Please contact us through our Contact Form and we will issue you an exchange identification number and provide you with return shipping information. You must include a copy of your receipt with the exchange identification number in the package. You must also include the name of item you are requesting in exchange. Exchanges without an identification number will not be accepted. Zen Puzzles does not cover the shipping charge for return packages.
